I just wanted to let you know how pleased we were with the party last night. You and your team did a great job, arriving on time, setting up without any disruption and of course, serving some great food. Our guests loved everything as well as watching the clay oven at work! It has been a pleasure to have had you at our apartment and know that you helped make a terrific night for us and our guests.

I will stop by the restaurant on Monday evening to settle up with you.
